Leman International - International Freight Forwarders and Importers
Leman International's 58,000 square foot facility is constructed of architectural precast with a two story open office system. As a freight forwarded and importer, the building required a unique 2 story computerized racking and storage system where warehouse flooring and track system required a zero tolerance for levelness.
Creative Seasonings was our second building in Racine's Renaissance Park. Creative's 60,000 square foot tilt-up construction houses a clean-room atmosphere in office, mixing and packaging to the expansive atmospherically controlled warehouse.
