The Nielsen's have been building pre-engineered metal buildings systems since the mid 1960's with the same manufacturer Varco Pruden Buildings [ formerly known as Stran Buildings ] which is a testament to a productive and high quality relationship.

Office / Warehousing / Manufacturing


	Warren Industries Fullfillment Building features multi-story offices and warehousing totalling 65,000 sq ft for this Varco Pruden Award Winner located in the Kenneth Huck Industrial Park in Racine.

Air Craft Hangars


	As Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings go... this Varco Pruden Building "expresses" the ultimate in ClearSpan Construction. Nielsen Building System was contracted by Midwest Express Airlines for their new hangar in Milwaukee, Wi. at Mitchell Field International. The Stats: 260' clearspan x 270' with a 48'eave height and over 710 Tons of Varco Pruden Pre-Engineered Building System with an attached 27,000 sq ft connector building to another maintenance hangar.

	We just broke ground for the Experimental Aircraft Association's Chapter 838 Addition and museum that will house the recently built replica of the Sikorsky owned by Herbert Johnson of Johnsons Wax and used by him on his trip to Brazil when he discovered Carnauba wax in 1935.

Sam, Fisk and Kurt Johnson recently flew the Spirit of Carnauba completing their trip to Brazil that retraced the steps of Sams' father, Herbert Johnson

Transportation Facilities


	Expedited Freight chose the Kenosha Industrial Park to house their new 12,000 sq ft office with attached trucking terminal.
