Do you want to know the REAL VALUE of your investment?? When a product is sold - a promise is made!
The promise is that it will perform as stated, save the owners money and it would look good 20 years from now! It was 1979, gasoline prices were climbing and the promises were made to a Mr. Anderson of LaBelle Industries, I believe, that we would help stop OPEC. He would save money, his workers would be in a draft-free workspace and the building would be cooler in the summer as well. Most important.... his building better look good in 20 years. He was kind enough to let the young salesman put his building on the company's first brochure.
