Nanogel

This Nanogel mpeg movie graphically shows how gas molecules are "free to flow" ( heat conduction ) compared to transferring the heat energy of air in Nanogel with the average pore size of 20-30 nanometers or billionths of a meter.  Nanogel traps the nitrogen and oxygen gas thus providing the superior insulating medium. A 2-3/4" space filled with Nanogel will provide an R20 insulation factor. Nanogel filled polycarbonate  glazings will only achieve an R value of a maximum of R4.3! (similar to our standard Kalwall panels) Specify Kalwall Plus Nanogel for the ultimate insulating daylighting system!
